What’s the difference between a NEW GUEST and an EXISTING GUEST?

1. You are a NEW GUEST if I have never provided a service for you. A service (The Relentless Curl Experience or The BIG Chop) is when I have performed a service for the exchange of money.
2. You are an EXISTING GUEST only if I have provided services for you between 12 to 16 weeks. Anything beyond that, you are considered a NEW GUEST.

What is the purpose of the NEW GUEST Form?

Please take a few moments to fill out this form. Its purpose is to gain an understanding of your relationship with and the health of your hair. There is no need to worry or feel judged, as this is solely for informational purposes.

What Type of Services do you provide?

As of now, I’m only providing NATURAL HAIR EDUCATION and proper technique on setting the hair to execute a successful HYDRATE and DEFINE (Wash N Go)

What is a Wash N Go?

It’s also known as Curl Definition
It’s also known as a Hydrate & Define
Your hair will be washed/cleansed, you will not walk out with wet hair.

What does the Hydration Process consist of?

1. It’s a two-step process.
2. It’s a deep cleansing with a cleansing treatment.
3. It also includes a conditioning treatment
4. This process is only included in The Relentless Curl Experience, Gold, Silver, and The BIG Chop Service.

How should I wear my hair to my appointment?

Wear it how you would normally wear it. All I ask is that it is detangled.

How long will I be in the salon?

Service time varies, it depends on the condition, the length, the density, and the detangling (please come detangled) process of your hair. Extra charges will incur.

What form of payments do you accept?

1. Cash and credit cards. No cash app or Venmo.
2. To complete your appointment, it's required to put a valid credit card on file.
3. The credit card WILL NOT be charged until service is rendered.
4. You will have the option to use the card on file, cash, or a different card.

Do you have WIFI?

Yes, the password will be provided during your visit.
