My journey with natural hair care began like many others, with frustration, confusion, and a drawer full of products that promised miracles but delivered dryness. But what started as a personal quest to understand and embrace my hair quickly became something deeper. I fell in love with the science, the process, and the beauty of natural textures, especially those tight, coily, kinky curls that are often misunderstood or overlooked.

I turned that passion into purpose.

Today, I’m a licensed hairstylist based in Mobile, Alabama, specializing in curly, coily, and kinky hair types. I work with women who are ready to take back their confidence, understand their hair, and finally achieve the definition and hydration they’ve been craving. Through education, detoxing, proper technique, and clean product choices, I help women fall in love with their natural hair, sometimes for the very first time.

But it’s more than just hair for me—it’s healing.

I believe that when we care for our hair, we’re caring for ourselves. When we understand our curls, we reclaim our beauty on our terms. That’s what For By Grace is all about: honoring the beauty that’s already there, by grace.

Purpose & Passion
My journey in the hair industry began with a strong foundation in education. I trained at Bishop State Community College, Cut it Kinky, and I am Black Girl Curls, where I honed my skills and developed a profound appreciation for the art and science of hairstyling. Over the years, I've continued to expand my knowledge through advanced courses and hands-on experience, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques in curly hair care.

As a God-fearing woman, my faith plays a central role in everything I do. I believe that we are all uniquely created and that our beauty is a reflection of our inner selves. My goal is to empower women to embrace their natural beauty and to do great things, both in their personal and professional lives. Through my work, I strive to inspire confidence and self-love, helping you to not only look your best but to feel your best as well.​
