What’s the difference between a New Guest and an Existing Guest?

​

  • New Guest: You are considered a new guest if I have never provided you with a service before. A service includes any paid appointment (such as Curl Formation or The Big Chop). You are also considered a new guest if it has been more than 16 weeks since your last appointment.

​

  • Existing Guest: You are considered an existing guest if you have received services from me within the last 12–16 weeks.

 

 

 

 

What is the purpose of the New Guest Form?


The New Guest Form helps me better understand your hair, its health, and your current hair care routine. This information enables me to deliver the best possible service to you. There is no judgment—just helpful insight to create a personalized experience for you.

At this time, I focus on:

  • Natural Hair Education

  • Hydrate & Define (Wash N Go) styling using proper techniques

I also offer retail products to support your hair care at home.

What is a Wash N Go?


Also known as Curl Definition or Hydrate & Define, it's a curl-defining service designed to bring out the natural beauty of your curls, coils, or waves. Using high-quality products and precise techniques, your curls are styled to enhance their natural pattern, leaving them soft, moisturized, and beautifully defined.

What does the Hydration Process include?


The Hydration Process is a two-step treatment designed to deeply care for your curls:

  1. Deep cleansing with a professional cleansing treatment

  2. Conditioning treatment for moisture and curl health

This process is included in The Relentless Curl Experience (Curl Formation & Curl Reset Services) and The Big Chop Service.

 

 

How should I arrive at my appointment?


Please come with your hair worn as you normally would, but make sure it is fully detangled before your appointment.

How long will my appointment take?


Service times vary depending on the condition, length, density, and detangling of your hair. To avoid additional charges, please ensure your hair is thoroughly detangled before your visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Cash and major credit cards (no Cash App or Venmo).

Do you offer WiFi?
Yes! WiFi is available during your visit. The password will be provided at the salon.
